I have been hearing about “crack burgers” for some time now, my husband showed me a video of someone he follows eating and we said it is time to try it. I believe it’s called crack burgers because they are so addicting and I can see why, full of flavor.
I started this recipe late we probably ate around 9 so after watching it I remembered I forgot to add mayo in the meat mix, but honestly it tasted delicious without it. I did overcook my burger a tad, so next time I will definitely make it perfect, it was just late and I didn’t even know if I wanted to eat, but watching it back I definitely wish I had it now. There are so many recipes for crack burgers the one I went off of for the ingredients was by Eduardo Almodovar from Recipe Deli on Pinterest. I will link the website just in case you want to look for yourself but here all the ingredients below, you just mix it all together well and shape the burgers and cook how you prefer them. I also made my favorite garlic roasted aioli with a side salad with Olive Garden’a delicious dressing. Delicious.

Ingredients:
2 Ibs ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)
1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
4 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste
