We got to our cabin (EVER AFTER) and my wife and I were excited. It's our 18th anniversary and we decided to take a vacation. We got a nice secluded cabin, or at least we thought it would be nice. The first night was a bit rough, as the sleeping arrangement was CRAMPED. The head of the bed was up against a 45 degree wall leaning over the bed. I'm 6ft 3in tall, so my legs had to hang over the bed a good foot to get any sleep, and my wife hit her head multiple times on the roof beam that sat on either side of the bed. The staircase might as well not be called stairs, as it's so vertical, it might as well be a ladder. On top of that, there is a unnecessary part of the wall that hangs over the already tiny landing that really makes it very difficult to navigate going up and down the stairs. The bedroom TV was left unplugged, and when when we wanted to use it, I plugged it in only to find out the remote does not work, so we could not use it.

Our second night, both my wife and I were bitten many, many times by some sort of bug in the bed. You can see the bite marks on my arm in the video link.

Our third night was mostly uneventful. We used the hottub, and then we got bitten a little more in the bed.

Our 4th night, we settled in a little early after dinner at The Old Mill, and we were going to watch a movie in the living room. Turns out we couldn't. The Cabin has Spectrum Internet's basic package at 100mb down, 10mb up, and for some reason, the TV would load menus and info about the movies, but never play one, nor the trailer.

Top all of this off with a very, very strange choice for a bath/shower arrangement. The "jacuzzi tub" is an elderly person's sit down tub with a door that swings open, and a hand held shower head. You can see daylight through the door jam as well, likely not helping things with the bug issue. And the cabin was supposed to have a telephone, but it was hidden behind a chair, and disconnected. It's a good thing we had cell service or we wouldn't have been able to call for help if it was needed.

To say that we are upset with the cabin is an understatement.
