Restriction: Cat Limit 15
The Big Bang will always be the final Outbreak of the chapter. Here you once again face off against Final Boss Giga-God, but this time he is boosted to 200%, dealing enough damage with his Wave to not Warp Bahamut and tear apart even tankier units. This also boosts his HP to 2 million. This actually is enough to keep Giga-God in the fight the whole time, but he is still not much of a threat due to having no piercing range beyond his Wave attack.
All enemies here are late UL standard, so don't hold back. The star of the show here is Deathshund, appearing at 150% as usual. While this stage overall doesn't push that much, you still have to be careful with timings so you don't suddenly lose ground to losing your meatshields to Giga-God and Deathshund's attacks. Deathshund is the only main threat between you and Giga-God, so once he's out of the picture you are free to rush Giga-God to your heart's content.
As always, clearing out the entire chapter of Outbreaks gives you 50 max energy. If this is your last Outbreak chapter (which it probably is), you should have the absolute maximum of 1200 energy.

Additionally, there's one more surprise after clearing this chapter of Outbreaks. Clearing this stage will unlock Cat God the Golden's Talents!
Talents List:
Weaken: 100% chance to Weaken to 50% for 0.5~5 seconds (235 NP)
Dodge: 50% chance to Dodge for 0.5~2 seconds (235 NP)
Curse Immune (100 NP)
Attack Up: +8~80% (175 NP)
HP Up: +8~80% (175 NP)
Total Cost: 920 NP
Cat God gains a lot to talk about here, so let's start with the stat bonuses. At level 50, his HP is now 73,629 and his damage is 1,458/1,458/145,800 (148,716 total) with 3,987 DPS. While he still maintains his 1 KB weakness, he can now take a decent amount of chip damage without flinching and his damage is now even higher on the last hit than Bahamut's. Keep in mind Cat God the Golden has the Double Bounty ability, allowing this gargantuan hit to potentially fill your entire wallet.
Additionally, the HP bonus pairs well with his new Dodge ability. Since Cat God targets all non-Metal enemies already, this makes him a potentially invincible slot machine. While this sounds great and is great, it also has an equal chance to screw Cat God over and leave him just as vulnerable as before. He still only has 1 KB, making repositioning impossible. This does improve his ability to hold his ground quite significantly though. Curse Immunity bolsters this new Dodge ability, ensuring that any hits from Relics that sneak through can't remove his ability.
Lastly, Cat God gains the Weaken ability, which can spread just as easily as his KB procs. Since there's a 2 second delay between the first and second hits, the Weaken has a total duration of 7~8 seconds. While this sounds good, he still has an abysmal attack rate of 37.3 seconds, giving him only about a 21% uptime at best. This ability is not reliable over a long period of time, but can be used for rush setups. However, Cat God is slow and his attack does not come out fast. Worse yet, his hits that Weaken deal incredibly poor damage even after the 80% damage buff, making him unable to clear anything but the weakest of peons while his Weaken has taken effect. His final hit does not proc Weaken. If only there was another way to get a good Weaken on demand that is more responsive for rush setups... oh wait.
Yeah here's where Soractes comes in to steal Cat God's thunder here. His Conjure, while tied to the same cooldown as Soractes himself, is also tied to Soractes' greater mobility and can be activated literally whenever you want the effect. Conjure is highly responsive and does a lot of damage, instantly clearing out weak peons so your rushers can get to attacking the big threats faster. Compare this to Cat God whose Weaken runs out right when he lands his big attack and you'll see why Cat God can't be used like Soractes.
In the end, Cat God's new abilities serve himself alone, which in all fairness is fitting for Cat God. While he can clip farm by hitting countless Dodge procs, he mostly retains his old niche uses and can't carve a new one out for himself as an actual midranger. While his Attack talent has potential for Double Bounty shenanigans, I would not advise getting his other Talents if you value your NP.
However, his talents are hilarious.
...and it seems there's one more world left to conquer after all.
