As kids, we thought cigarettes were harmful.
But as we grew up, society taught us something else: That smoking makes you mature, confident, and bold. A lie created by marketing, glamour, and peer pressure.

By the time we realise the truth,
nicotine has already taken over our emotions, our stress, and our decisions.
We think we control the cigarette…
But in reality, it starts controlling us.

This video isn’t made to shame smokers.
It’s made to expose the silent brainwashing that shaped an entire generation:
The fake idea of coolness,
the social pressure,
the companies that rebranded themselves to hide their tobacco roots…
and the addiction that destroys lives long before cancer does.

Why do millions of Indians start smoking before 21? Why is saying no seen as immature?
And why are we still falling for an illusion that slowly breaks our body, our mind, and our future?

It’s time to question the narrative.
It’s time to take back control from nicotine.
Because empowerment isn’t in a cigarette…
Empowerment is in choosing yourself.

If you or someone you know wants to quit, don’t judge them. Support them.
Sometimes a little help is enough to save a life.
