In this video we review a golf drill that helps you visualize how you should bring your club up during the backswing and back down during the downswing. Place a tee peg into the grip end of your club and place a club on the ground behind the ball and along the target line.

Notice how when you bring the club up, the tee peg should trace the target line as you move the club up and also as you bring the club down again. Stay on that line for as long as you can and practice this golf drill to improve your ball striking and in order to produce better golf shots.
