History Maker Baseball Game: Qualities / Ratings

This video provides a very brief introduction to the History Maker Baseball (HMB) game design and then describes the various Qualities than may be assigned to players to reflect their playing skills and abilities. The Qualities drive the players' performance. The primary focus of the video is to discuss the "How-To" rating guide that the company sells in order to allow customers to make their own player cards.

HMB differs from other games in that the flow of the game is more of a narrative format compared to many other games. Besides the use of Qualities, HMB has other features such as the Experience level of the player, Umpire influence, clubhouse harmony, hot/cold streaks, etc.
