Southern Pickled Potato Salad
Ingredients:
3 pounds red potatoes, washed & chopped
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup diced pickles of your choice (We used hamburger dill and sweet & spicy)
2 tablespoons southern chow chow NOTE: If you can't find chow chow any relish will work.😁👍

Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender, drain. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve warm or refrigerated.
