Compression for large knees

It is possible to still give your knee compression even if it’s difficult to find a knee sleeve that fits or the sleeves just seem to roll down ✅

One of the best ways is to use an ACE wrap bandage. You can get extra long or use two different wraps to make sure your knee is covered 👀

Make sure it’s tight enough but you can still get one finger underneath so it isn’t cutting off circulation 🩸

You may need to try it a few times before you get the hang of it but it can help reduce pain and make certain movements and ever uses easier‼️
