I’ve been a fitness coach for 10+ years, and I don’t believe that pursuing health is all about discipline and wanting it badly enough.

Today, I share you with some reasons why someone like me might find health and fitness easier than others.

Yes, I believe in making time for the things that are important to you.
I also believe that some people face far more obstacles to doing said things.

Let’s be real, though: some people simply have it easier; to pretend otherwise is silly.

Please note that recognizing your privilege says nothing about how hard you do or don’t work. You can be privileged and be incredibly hard working.
You can recognize the barriers you face and still try to work around them.

If you have a lot of luxuries in life, definitely enjoy them! But also remember that not everyone has the same resources, and not everyone is dealt the same playing cards.
