The Psychology of the Fear of Pain

Описание к видео The Psychology of the Fear of Pain

The fear of pain can prevent you from enjoying life even when you aren't in pain.

I've had a number of conversations recently, all with people who experienced SI joint pain, and they are worried about the pain returning.

It's an ironic situation: you strive to live pain-free, but then when you finally are pain-free (or at least feeling less pain) you live in fear of the pain returning.
