The Kawartha Lakes Alliance of Singer-Songwriters is a young artists' community celebrating young writers from the Kawartha Lakes area of Ontario. Among activities planned by teens, parents, and teachers for 2024-25 are young writers' jams and socials for peer support, as well as free writing workshops and a second free contest for youth to try their skills. Here, we honour the wonderful work of the Top Five Finalists in our first songwriting event in the summer of 2024.
