“Uconnect box requires service” warning in Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge cars

If you see the “Uconnect box requires service” warning in your Stellantis vehicle, there is a high chance you have issues with electrical wiring and connections in the system that has something to do with the telematics module. It’s located just over the glovebox and the glovebox will have to be taken out to get to it.

Sometimes, it’s about the connection on the fin on the roof which is the antenna connection. Or it can also be the problem with the battery in the Uconnect module which is essentially the telematics module. Also, you may experience problem with connectivity such as no GPS or issues with LTE connection.
