Hayes Davidson case study: Delivering a good EO culture in an employee-owned business

Hayes Davidson scooped one of the four public vote awards as part of the 2022 EO Stories competition.

The London-based company won the Outstanding EO Culture award after showcasing how its culture is built on five guiding principles that help everyone understand how information is shared, how decisions can be challenged and how the voice of the team can be represented.
