Today I’m making a huge batch of my famous homemade chocolate chip cookies for our big family crew—and trust me, these cookies never last long around here! They’re soft, chewy, loaded with melty chocolate chips, and they’ve been a go-to favorite in our house for years. Whether it’s for after work treat, late-night cravings for dad and Josh, or just because we love something sweet after dinner, this recipe is one I’ll keep forever. My family loves these cookies especially my son Robert!! he can't get enough of them.

Watch me bake my famous cookies from scratch while my family comes in and out of the kitchen, stealing cookie dough (My son Noah- I seen that!) and grabbing fresh ones off the tray (Josh and my husband to head to the hay fields. 📌 Famous Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:

2/3 cup of butter, softened
2/3 cup of packed brown sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the butter and shortening together then add sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding dry mix.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake 9–11 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are just set.

Let cool for a few minutes (if you can wait!) and enjoy.
