This happened on 2/21/24, all these videos I will be releasing were requested a long, long time ago that the PD didn't hand over. Then they finally did after a FOIA complaint. But even like this video, they only provided half? no car cam, where's the rest of the interaction? Did he just not have it on, or did they just decide to not hand it over? Who knows but with them either option is valid. But once again this involves the Willimantic Police Department's worst officer. Giller has been caught lying and claiming someone committed a traffic infraction that they didn't just to stop and ticket them. He's got caught lying in reports, the dude can't be trusted. And for someone who loves drinking and partying he sure doesn't want anyone doing any drugs? Gillers admitted to doing illegal drugs before he was a cop. He also had quite the record of infractions and accidents it appears, so why does he feel qualified to talk about how anyone else drives? Because he wears a costume? He drives like an idiot all the time, he violates the traffic laws daily? So for him to talk about how anyone else drives just shows how truly delusional he is. The PD tries to put out all this copaganda out like he's some great dude, but the community knows the truth, he's hated widely for his actions and how he treats the public. Even lawyers, public defenders, and the court as a whole seems to be catching on to his illegal activities. His day will come. As always this is for news and educational purposes, the public needs to be aware of how these criminals are acting and to be prepared. Don't answer their questions, don't do anything more than what you're required to. Because anything you say these fools will try to twist up into something and attempt to use it against you. We need sheriffs back in CT, as we see the state police, the government does absolutely nothing about these criminals except for lie and attempt to cover their crimes.
