Getting to high power in destiny is critical to start earning tier 3/4/5 gear which will become the best in game. And here is a very quick way you can do this completely solo, the Caldera solo op seems to be the best of the bunch beating out K1 logistics when it comes to master or higher difficulty. This will even turn out faster than running encore over time too assuming you take longer than 12 minutes per run.
To make best use of the farm you need the following:
enough modifiers active that the reward is +4 to your current overall power. Locked loadouts, +20 from banes and +20 from activity burns is usually enough. If not use no hud and no starting ammo
-a setup which guarantees quick clears. I used peacekeepers as theres no ammo requirement. But all classes have many viable options.
-efficient completion of the side objective. This can be done at any point in the mission just be aware of its critera.
