Thomas the Tank Engine takes to the test track with his tender car.

Thomas the Tank Engine has moved from the build table and now takes to the temporary shop test track. From here he will have his batteries installed in the tender car along with a motor controller and wiring installation. Thomas will undergo a traction test and check for any alignment issues.
The video only shows a 12 foot section of track in the workshop but eventually, He’ll have 36ft to rollout of the shop making his first public debut.
In the summer of 2025, Thomas along with his tender car and 3 more additional passenger cars will move to his new 650ft track under construction just a short distance up the road. Currently, the railroad grade has started and expected to be completed this fall. Track will then be laid in the spring of 2025.
