What's Flying in Canada like during COVID-19 | WestJet from Vancouver

After being grounded for over one hundred days, I had to take a quick trip to Vancouver which allowed me to see how the aviation industry has changed since the start of the pandemic. In the entire month of April 2020, Vancouver airport only saw 68,730 passengers traverse, compared to April 2019, where YVR saw 69,000 passengers... a day! Those numbers are clearly visible in the terminal of the airport.

Please note that these flights were only taken because they were strictly necessary, and all necessary precautions were taken to do this safely, including covid tests before and after the trip, which both returned negative.
