Improve Your Pole Dance Flow with this Graceful Teddy Variation - Entry, Exit & Advanced Version

Yes this trick huuuurts but I think it looks too cool to not try it. I personally don't like the normal version with the legs spread but this one looks very classy, graceful and just has something special. My goal is to improve my own pole flow and I think when you master to get into a trick, out of it and different variations of it - you improve your flow. You have more options and your movements look more fluid when you get the transitions right. It's worth it to spend some time on this trick but let me tell you, even though it looks pretty it is an armpit killer! It is very painful and you will probably get bruises... But that's nothing new for us pole dancers and we just do it anyway hihii. Have fun :)
