I'm Rebecca McCarthy, I am the author of the Written Coach, and I offer copywriting and book coaching services to entrepreneurs and aspiring writers. Basically anyone who wants to master the creative process. Hi my name is Jonah Boswell from Wearable Imaging. Now Rebecca, I would love to hear about your experiences with Wearable Imaging and all of the products that you've ordered. The first thing I have to say about Wearable Imaging is that they are ready even when you're not. They keep it to "that's fine, we're ready, just let us know!" Kristen reached out to me and I said "look, I'm not ready, I am so overwhelmed I have so much going on I can't think about this I've got the trade show and uh". Kristen said "it's fine, I'm here when you're ready!" It made me feel calm like someone was there ready for me when I needed them, and every once in a while she would reach out and say "how are you doing?" This level of service where it's "okay, we're ready when you're ready" made me feel calm and made that stressful process much easier. So then once I was ready, she was just full of ideas for me. I said my clients are here to read my book so she showed me this really cool LED clip on light. Every single person I've showed it to has said "oh cool, let me press the button! I want to play with it, that's so cool I want one!" Then one person, this is actually a part of a gift set, and one person even asked me if this was available by itself. They just wanted to buy this. And I thought that this is kind of awesome. Then I also put together this, and what I loved so much about this was that it is just a writing journal for people to capture their thoughts and ideas before they write a book. What I love is that I think most companies would just slap a white logo on something like this and that's what you'd get. But with Wearable Imaging, I could get any color I wanted. And I said look, can you do color match on this band so it goes together? And they did that, so it was just a really classy touch. And when I got these in the mail, I mean they look so much more expensive than they really where, which I really like as a business owner. Spend less, get more. So I have these and others together in a writer's gift set that people just love and I'm having a blast. The booth looks great and Wearable Imaging has been my partner through the whole thing. I am a loyal customer. I'm happy, and next time I run out of pens, I am going to buy my pens from Wearable Imaging. I feel like I have a relationship now as opposed to I just bought some stuff. It goes a long way. For a business owner that's constantly stressed out and constantly overwhelmed, constantly frightened by the whole thing, it's nice to have a whole team of people who are committed to your success.
