- भारत के कानून के अनुसार अगर किसी को अपना धर्म (religion) change करना हो तो कुछ भारतीय कानून के नियम है।
हम " राजपत्र "(Gazette) के अनुसार धर्म (relation) change कर सकते हैं
राजपत्र (Gazette) के द्वारा तीन चीज change कर सकते हैं ।
=अपना नाम
=अपना धर्म (religion)
=अपना जन्म तिथि
यह तीन चीज हम राजपत्र (Gazette)के द्वारा चेंज कर सकते।
धर्म (religion)चेंज करने के लिए एक =एफिडेविट(affidavit)बनाना पड़ता है।
=नेशनल(national news paper) न्यूज़ =पेपर में छपवाना पड़ता है
और भी कुछ नियम है
फिर नोटिफिकेशन का इंतजार 40, 48 दिन करना पड़ता है नोटिफिकेशन में ध्यान रखना पड़ता है
तब अब अब जाकर अपना धर्म को चेंज कर सकते
यह आपकी मर्जी से होनी चाहिए कोई जबरदस्ती नहीं होनी चाहिए
राजपत्र की पूरी जानकारी के लिए अपने वकील से बात कर

भारत के नियम के अनुसार आप अपना धर्म बदलने का एफिडेविट तो बनवा सकते हैं, लेकिन जब तक आप (Gazette) राजपत्र द्वारा अपने नए धर्म को प्रकाशित नहीं करवाएंगे, तब तक सरकारी कार्यों के लिए आपके नए धर्म को मान्यता नहीं मिलेगे l

धर्म बदलने के लिए जो document चाहिए - वो हैं -
Documents required for change of religion for major/adults (mandatory)
1) Identity Proof – Pan card or Driving License or Passport or Aadhar Card or Voter ID
2) Address proof – Aadhar Card or Ration Card or Electricity Bill
3) One Passport Size Photo
4) Application Form – Duly signed application form with all details of the old and new religion, old name, present address, contact details and the reason for religion change.
Optional
1) Marriage certificate ( If any for female after marriage )
2) Affidavit (If any made after conversion etc.)
3) Divorce papers (In case of divorce etc.)
Documents required for minors below 18 years (Mandatory)
1) Identity proof – Aadhar card or school ID
2) Address proof – Aadhar card or ration card
3) Age proof – Birth certificate or bonafide
4) One passport size photo
5) Application form – Duly signed by minor if possible and parents or guardians
Procedure for the name change in Gazette
The Gazette publication is mandatory and only if it is published in the Central Gazette the new change will be accepted in all the important government records. Once the Gazette application is filed and after it is found successful the religion change declaration will be published in the e-Gazette.
The first step is to create a Name Change Affidavit. It is a legal document that contains details like name, the new religion, old religion, and address. It must be made on stamp paper and notarized by a notary public.
Placing an advertisement in a newspaper
An ad has to be placed in a widely circulated regional or national newspaper, ensuring there is no public objection to the change. All the details like name, address and age need to be given in the newspaper.
Gazette publication
Once the application is filed, it will be scrutinized by the authorities and finally, the declaration will be published
