In this detailed tutorial, I'll show you the easiest way to fold and connect the units for the famous origami slinky (sometimes called a Post-it Slinky or Paper Coil). All you need is a stack of square paper—no glue or tape required!

This is a great modular origami project for all skill levels. The individual fold is simple, but the key is getting the connection just right for a perfect spring.

You can use any square paper, but Post-it Notes are perfect because they are already square and are the right size.
