Ingredients -
500 gm fresh curd
6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Saffron milk
2 tbsp fresh malai
1/4 tsp cardamom powder

For dryfruit shrikhand -
some chopped dryfruits

for mango shrikhand -
chopped mango and mango purée
