Why Death Note the Musical is an Unexpected Masterpiece

Описание к видео Why Death Note the Musical is an Unexpected Masterpiece

Death Note has been adapted countless times since the manga was first released 20 years ago. But none of them compare in my eyes to the masterpiece that is the Death Note Musical.

Composer Frank Wildhorn and Lyricist Jack Murphy went so hard. And in this video I pull my music degree out of the garbage for an hour to analyse it.

I don't own Death Note, the manga, anime or any other adaptations of it. Death Note was written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. This video is a fair use analysis and review.
