Getting Started in DOG PHOTOGRAPHY THE STUDIO - Session Flow (Part One)

In this film, Mark Cleghorn takes you back to a previous shoot, shot in Studio. Today Mark is LIVE in studio shooting Dog Photography with the little model Zucco! This gets you started in dog photography. flow, in a real session environment, taking the client and their furry friend through a number of different looks and feels as the session progresses.

In this part, Mark shoots the classic image with the grey old master, posing the dog on top of one of his posing tubs, whilst then moving onto a black event background within the same setup to change the variety whilst capturing a similar style of image. A three light setup is used here with one key light directed towards Zucco. and then the two honeycombed soft boxes from behind giving a natural separation between dog and background.
