Today I have shared the recipe of Pineapple Burfi, it is also known as Ananas Burfi. We can easily get fresh pineapple fruit in all season. It has good amount of Vitamin C & minerals. We can make different types of recipes with using it. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.

Ingredients (સામગ્રી)

1 Cup Chopped Fresh Pineapple (ફ્રેશ સમારેલું અનાનસ)
2 tsp Ghee (ઘી)
1/2 Cup Dessicated Coconut (સૂકા કોપરાની છીણ)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Khoya/Milk Mawa (મોળો માવો)
3/4 Cup or as per taste Sugar (ખાંડ)
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder (ઈલાયચી)
As required Pistachio Slivers (For Garnishing) (સજાવટ માટે - પિસ્તાની કતરણ)

Store it upto 2 days on room temperature and 7-8 days under the refrigerator (આ પાઈનેપલની બરફીને ૨ દિવસ માટે રૂમ ટેમ્પરેચર પર અને ૭-૮ દિવસ સુધી ફ્રીજમાં સ્ટોર કરી શકાય છે)
