While we were competing our third legs hamstring went out on him right on the 300m mark therefore causing us to have to accept defeat. Things happen. I just wish not this day. I tried my hardest to catch the other but they were already 125m into the race. I ran a 47:55 split finished with a 3:19.87 final. Our prelim time was 3:13 so yes you understand our pain.
