食材🧄:豆腐一块、鸡蛋两个、1勺玉米淀粉、

1⃣️豆腐切小片,打两颗蛋放入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀,豆腐沾上蛋酱;小火慢煎 把豆腐煎至两面金黄
2️⃣锅中加少许的油,下入蒜末炒香,加1勺豆瓣酱炒香,倒入调好的料汁,烧开后下入豆腐
煮至三分钟

3️⃣把豆腐煮入味倒入料汁,烧至汤汁浓稠!撒上葱花,即可出锅~
