The Batman 2021 neck and collar DIY build

materials: 5 mm EVA foam, scrap leather, velcro.
tools: scissors/xacto knife, heat gun, Dremel rotary tool.
adhesives: contact cement
sealer: Mod Podge
paints: Gloss Black spray paint, matte black Dupli-color vinyl dye, transparent medium gray createx air brush paint
