Hello Whitlock Fam! 💜✨ We are so excited that things are starting to get back to normal; however, there are still some COVID precautions put in place. When patients arrive for appointments we are still asking them to remain in their vehicles and text us to check in 479-751-1103 and we will text you back when we are ready for you to come in. We are still asking them to complete our healthcare questionnaire (the link for this is texted out to them with their appointment reminder and we also have signs out front of our office with a QR code you can scan to fill it out). Masks are still required to be worn while in our office and we ask that only one parent come in with the patient for their appointments to limit the amount of foot traffic in our office. We are so grateful that all this appears to be winding down and we are praying for you and your families health and safety! 💜 See you all soon!
