Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (Maida)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
4 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Crushed Walnuts

Instructions:
Prepare Eggs Mixture: Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, beating well until fluffy. Add 1 cup Sugar and beat again. Add half cup butter milk and half cup Oil, continue beating. Add 2 tsp vanilla extract and Stir in it. Place the mixture aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, add 1 and half cup all purpose flour, 1 and half tsp baking powder, half tsp soda. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and soda.

Alternate Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the eggs mixture, mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Separate half batter in a bowl and add 4 tsp cocoa powder. Mix well. Add crushed Walnuts.

Pour Batter: Place a paper in the pot and grease it with oil. Pour the white batter 1st in the pot, add coco batter on it. Repeat the procedure 2 times..
Preheat The Pot: Preheat a large bottom pot on the stovetop. Place a steamer in the large pot. Place the small cake pot on the steamer and cover it with lid.

Bake: Bake in the preheated pot. Place the large pot on low flame for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool: After one hour take out the cake pan and Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a plate to cool completely. Remove the base paper. Slice and enjoy your soft fluffy egg-based cake.
