♡ recipe: turkish yogurt soup (yayla soup)
1.5 cups turkish yogurt (room temp)
3tbsps flour
1/3 cup rice/or vermicelli (I didn't have rice)
1/2 cup shredded chicken
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp dried mint
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper

using room temp yogurt and tempering the mixture SLOWLY helps to prevent it from splitting!! Also, usually the recipe uses white rice BUT I didn't have any and used broken vermicelli noodles instead :)
