Method 1: Using the In-Game Console
Open the Console:

Press the F1 key to open the console.
Enter the Command:

Type the following command and press Enter:

This command will display the FPS counter on your screen. The number 1 can be replaced with higher values to show more detailed performance statistics. For example, perf 2 will display additional information.
Close the Console:

Press the F1 key again to close the console.
Method 2: Using Steam’s Built-In FPS Counter
Open Steam Settings:

Open Steam and go to Steam - Settings from the top-left menu.
Go to In-Game Settings:

In the settings menu, click on the In-Game tab.
Enable FPS Counter:

Under the In-Game tab, find the option labeled In-game FPS counter.
Click the dropdown menu and select the position where you want the FPS counter to appear on the screen (e.g., top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right).

Apply and Close:

Launch Rust:
