Everything we eat in our van! These are some of our go to van meals. They're quick and easy recipes with pretty easy to find ingredients. We're pretty limited on cooking space, sink space, and we have no fridge. #vanlife meals have to be pretty easy and not so messy.

The first campsite is Maruia Hot Springs and it's been one of our favorite spots in New Zealand.
