Paint portrait of Messi in watercolor

This is a full demo of painting portrait of Messi. He needs no introduction however while painting I realized that his body ratio to face is off but then I was enjoying the play of colors on his face and shirt that I decided to move on.

My advice to beginners in this medium is that if your heart is in some subject, go for it even if the drawing is imperfect. Since I was just painting for fun I carried on however if I am doing a commission piece or something serious, then I would restart and fix my drawing first.
