This video was inspired by one of my viewers, Terri B, who uses a similar recipe to make pudding and ice cream. I tweaked her recipe just slightly to create more of a cheesecake texture.

Recipe:
Combine 1 cup of cottage cheese (220g), 1/3rd cup of milk or water (80mL) and 1 "serving" of the protein powder of your choice (usually around 45g) in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Split between 3 bowls and refrigerate until firm.
If you want a creamier texture, up the cottage cheese to 1.5 cups

Calories: 126
Fat: 4g
Total Carbs: 4.7g
Net Carbs: 2.3g
Protein: 14.3g
