Episode 4 - Choosing Careers and the Climate Crisis

Tavie Johnson is a climate organizer with a passion for medicine. Like many young people she wants to know how she can adapt her career to mitigating the effects of the climate crisis. In this episode Tavie reaches out to local medical professional Dr Rashmi Chadha who has done just that. In a conversation that touches on careers, passions and the importance of supporting your mental health as an organizer Tavie learns lessons which are important not just for her own careers but which are applicable to anyone who wants to join the climate fight.


The Sustainabiliteens are a movement of young people across Metro Vancouver - united by the urgency they feel to stop climate catastrophe and by a shared vision to exercise their agency, and create a more just and sustainable world.
