To get the CO-OP as Batman and Joker working, first you have to download the program Parsec and connect to your partner's pc. Then go to a Joker challenge map in Asylum, when you gain control as him use this code and leave:
Set RGameInfo DefaultPawnClass 'Class'BmScript.RPawnPlayerChallengeJoker'

After loading any story point you want, move away from where you spawned so the game doesn't crash and use these commands in this order one by one:
Set RGameInfo DefaultPawnClass Class'RPawnPlayerBm'
Debugcreateplayer 1
Setsplit 2
