Man it was foggy this morning! The first two planes I literally couldn’t see land, but it was doable when the Air Belgium Airbus A340 landed. With some nice vortex with it, it remained foggy until the Boeing 777-300/ER from KLM landed in the Orange Pride livery.
The KLM Boeing 777-300/ER at 06:10 had the best vortex in my opinion. The pilots of the Airbus A330Neo from Delta made a very smooth aerodynamic braking move, these pilots are aces! The British Airways Boeing 787-8 really only had to fly 42 minutes, it just has to cross the English Channel, a very welcome heavy sight at Amsterdam! Let’s hope they will send the bigger -10 or even a B777/A350, who knows! I managed to film the Garuda Indonesia Boeing 777-300/ER from the Polderbaan, landing on the opposite runway. It is a shame that Garuda still is struggling so much in these hard times. Where they used to fly 6 times a week, they only fly once a week. Hopefully things would get better very soon for Garuda. And the Atlas Air Boeing 747-400 pilots slammed their 747 on the runway again. ENJOY!
