Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, in Montgomery, Alabama, is a nine-week, four-phase program designed for people with a college degree who want to become a leader in their lives and their military career. Throughout each week, you’ll be challenged mentally and physically while acquiring the skills and confidence needed to lead the men and women of the U.S. Air Force.
