Instructions:
1. 0:10 Record a monotonous voice sample, noise remove if needed (    • Audacity Noise Removal Beginner Tutorial   ), trim, normalize
2. 0:30 Duplicate (ctrl+d) the track twice
3. 0:35 [Select 1st & 2nd track] Effect/Echo (Delay 0.04s, Decay 0.6)
4. 0:48 [Select 2nd track] Change pitch (-15%) OR (+15%)
5. 0:54 [Select 3rd track] Change Tempo (-7%) OR (+7%), align tracks if needed (so audio starts at the same time)
6. 1:05 [Select all tracks] "Tracks/Mix and Render" (ctrl+m), Normalize to -0.01dB
