NInterview with Shad Gregory Moss, widely known as Bow Wow (initially Lil' Bow Wow), is a prominent American rapper and actor hailing from Columbus, Ohio. Discovered by Snoop Dogg in the late 1990s, Moss was introduced to Jermaine Dupri and subsequently signed to So So Def Recordings, a Columbia Records subsidiary. He launched his music career at 13 with the release of "Beware of Dog" in 2000, followed by "Doggy Bag" in 2001, both albums achieving significant acclaim and commercial success.

Moss's career trajectory shifted with the release of "Unleashed" in 2003, marking the first album post his So So Def departure and the dropping of "Lil'" from his name. His fourth album, "Wanted" (2005), featured hit singles "Let Me Hold You" and "Like You," reaching top positions on the Billboard Hot 100. The single "Shortie Like Mine" from his fifth album, "The Price of Fame" (2006), also saw top ten success. However, his sixth album, "New Jack City II" (2009), did not replicate previous successes, marking his last on a major label. Despite a brief stint with Cash Money Records and Bad Boy Records, resulting in a series of singles, his anticipated album "Underrated" remains unreleased.

Moss also made a significant impact in acting, debuting in "All About the Benjamins" (2002) and starring in "Like Mike" the same year. His filmography expanded with leading roles in "Johnson Family Vacation" (2004) and "Roll Bounce" (2005), and a supporting role in "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" (2006), a character he reprised in "F9" (2021). On television, Moss appeared in "Entourage" and starred as Brody Nelson in "CSI: Cyber" until its cancellation in 2016, showcasing his versatility across entertainment mediums.
