• 0.8 lbs. Thin Sliced Beef Flank Steak & Cut Across The Grain.

Let's Marinate The Beef Flank Steak
• 1 Tbsp Corn Starch.
• 1 Egg White.
• 2 Tbsp Shao Xing Cooking Wine.
• 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
• 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder.
• 1 Tsp Onion Powder.
• ½ Tsp White Pepper.
• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Cover and Chill 45 Minutes.

Let’s Prepare the Vegetables.
• 4 1/2 oz. Baby Bok Choy.
• Cut Stems into Half’s.
• Cut Leaf’s into Half's.
• 3 oz. Chopped Cabbage.
• 1/2 Carrot Thin Sliced.
• ½ Orange Bell Pepper Sliced Thin.
• 2 ½ oz Sliced White Onion.
• Sliced Green Onion. 2 cm Slices.
• Thin slice the white part of green onion.
• 6 Cloves Chopped Garlic.
• 0.3 oz Chopped Ginger.
• 6 Pcs Shiitake Mushrooms and Slice The Mushrooms.

Let's Prepare Lo Mein Sauce
• 1 Tsp Corn Starch.
• 1/4 Cup of water.
• 3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce.
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
• 1 1/2 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce.
• 1 Tsp Coconut Palm Sugar.
• 1 Tsp White Pepper.
• 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil.
• Mix Ingredients Well.

Let's Prepare the Lo Mein
• Bring water to boil and add lo mein noodles.
• Stir to keep from sticking 1 – 2 minutes
• Drain the noodles.
• Pour cold water on the noodles and drain.
• 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil.
• Mix Well.

Let's Start Cooking Beef Lo Mein with Vegetables
• 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil.
• Add Marinated Beef.
• Cook until beef is browned.

• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Cook Until Fragrant.
• Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms.
• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Add Sliced Thin Carrots.
• Add Chopped Cabbage.
• Baby Bok Choy Stalks.
• Sliced Orange Peppers.
• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Add Bean Sprouts.
• 2 Sprinkles of salt.
• Add Baby Bok Choy Leaves.
• Add Green Onions.
• Add the Lo Mein Sauce.
• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Add Lo Mein Noodles.
• Turn off the heat.
• Mix Ingredients Well. Keep tossing lo mein noodles.
• Ready To Serve.
