For Chicken Marination and Searing
5 tbsp Cooking oil
Chicken 500g - cut into small cubes
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp Chili powder
¾ tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
½ tbsp Ginger Garlic
¼ tsp ground black pepper

For cooking chicken sauce/gravy
1 star anise
2 cloves
1 large onion (100g), sliced
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander
1 ½ tsp Himalayan Salt
1 ½ tbsp Chili sauce
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Curry leaves 2-3 sprig

Garnishing
Lime
Raw Onion rings
Chopped Coriander leaves
