While In Austin Texas I was lucky enough to get a whiskey education with Josh from Cask Strength.

Josh walked me through the definitions of Bourbon, Corn Whiskey, Rye Whiskey, American Single Malt and Tennessee Whiskey. Along the way, we ran into (and dispelled) a few common misconceptions too.

Then I was lucky enough to be walked through some of the best Whiskeys made in Texas (and something else!). Offerings from Andalusia, Iron Root and Balcones.
