As far a Hong Kong cha chaan teng cafes go, Australia Dairy Company (澳洲牛奶公司), in Jordan, is said by internet reviews to take curt service to a new level. I went there to try one of their legendary breakfast sets, and to see if the food was worth the "rude". (Spoiler: it was).
