Cotswolds Single Malt Founders Choice English Whisky. An Irishman's Opinion #25

Welocme to the Whiskey Shed. In this video I review and English Whisky, Cotswolds Single Malt Founders Choice Cask Strength.

On the Nose:
You would never guess at it's 60% adv, very pleasant, malty with a wood note, some toffee, stewed apple and red berries, very reminiscent of an Irish Single Malt.

On the Palate: Sweetness upfront with a toffee note, giving way to a tartness of apple and red berries. Just a hint of figs. Dry finish with a bit of heat. Very nice for a 3 year old whisky!
