With March upon us, it's time to shift our focus to Spring Mushroom foraging! This week we'll walk the forests of Western Washington in search of wild edible and medicinal mushrooms. Super excited to encounter the Split Gill (Schizophyllum commune) this week - what a fascinating mushroom this one is!
