Jordan is the type of player a coach wants at the top of his order. He has the ability to work counts and draw walks. He can be used in a hit and run situation or hit behind runners. He stays back on the ball well and uses the whole field.

He has been timed to first base on a full swing at 4.2 seconds and with a little speed work he could lose a .10th. He knows how to steal a base, and finds ways to take the extra base. He is a hard working type player that keeps his mouth shut and does his job. Jordan is a baseball player, that understands the game and has baseball savvy, something that you can't teach.

In the field Jordan can be counted on to be sure handed and make the routine plays. At times, he needs to be reminded to stay aggressive and play the ball, and not allow it to play him. He has quick hands with a quick release and does a good job making the turn on a double play.

Jordan is on a mission to get stronger this year and take his game to the next level to prepare himself for college. He is very motivated in the classroom carrying a 4.0 is freshman year, 3.0 his sophomore year and a 3.3 his Junior year.
