A review of this ultra bright (3000 nit) 4K 30p capable Full HD field recorder.
With a 5.5 inch IPS screen, 1000:1 contrast ratio, resolution of 368 pixels per inch and F970 power plate this is an exciting monitor to use for all your video productions.
Powered by Sony NPF type batteries (one provided) or a 7-24 v dc supply it can also provide a 8.4v output to power cameras via dummy battery boxes and it can also provide power to peripherals via the P970 battery plate.

Small and lightweight can really be seen in bright sunlight without the need for a visor.

It does run quite hot (45C on the face of the monitor) and the internal fan, which runs at high speed, can be heard when operating the monitor adjacent to the microphone.
It provides all the professional features for monitoring the camera output and would be a very welcome addition to any videographer's kit.
